- Refund requests will be processed based on the nature of the service provided and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that are partially completed. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, as the service has already been initiated.
2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
- SEO Services: Due to the nature of SEO, which involves ongoing work and long-term strategies, we do not provide refunds for SEO services once work has begun. We will work with you to address any concerns or make necessary improvements.
- Website Development Services: If work has started, no refund will be provided for partially completed work. However, if the project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund may be issued.
- Consulting and Digital Marketing: Refunds for consulting services or digital marketing campaigns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the service has been partially completed, no refund will be issued. We will work to make adjustments or provide alternative solutions.
3. Refund Process

- Your name and contact information
- The service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and provide a response within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Payments for services that have already been partially or fully completed.
- Payments for monthly or subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Any third-party purchases made on behalf of the client (e.g., software, hosting) are non-refundable.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the service has been initiated or completed. However, we are always willing to discuss any concerns or issues you may have and work toward a resolution.
